Sounds like Acorn Pet Centres are rather good - wish we had them here then. If she comes from a breeder like babyboos that would explain why she's so calm (I also worried that Aero was "too calm" for a petshop hamster and that she might be ill, no sign of it so far so hopefully we'll both be lucky).
Suga, you may already know this but as you asked - Sable is Umbrous Black-eyed Cream - so her brown bits are Sable ( as souffle says with cream roots and cream eye rings) and the white bit is "Banded" as you say.
She's an absolute beauty, Sable is one of my favourite colours (along with Cream and Mink, which is Umbrous Red-Eyed Cream - or the sable version of REC, if you like!). I'd love a Sable banded one day and she looks to have a nice band as well.
