. The clue is in the name really.. "pico" is an SI prefix that means 10^12. That is, 10 to the power of minus 12. It's basically a tiny, tiny number (ie. 0.0000000000001 - if I got the right amount of decimal places
). It's smaller than nano.
They have pretty much called the cage "Really, really, unbelievably, really small cage".
And reading the reviews, it sounds pretty shabby. After reading those, i'm not sure I'd even say a dwarfie should have it, it sounds quite poor quality.
