Hi, firstly, I came across an old thread on here that said that the fluffy bedding (e.g Snooze which I use) is not good for hamsters? Several of my friends use this, but is it dangerous? If so, why?

Secondly, do hamsters actually like toilet roll cardboard tubes? My friend's gerbils go nuts for them and spend ages shredding them, but I put one in Richard's cage and he doesn't seem bothered.
