The protein is really low in this mix and and fat is a tad high too. You have a Russian campbell dwarf (just judging by your avatar?). RC dwarfs are prone to diabetes, a lot of the foods in that mix are pretty high in sugar content. Unless your ham actually has diabetes you don't need to avoid all the foods completely but cutting down on them is a good idea. There's lots of corn products and peas along with some cane molasses too. Not a very diabetes-prone friendly food mix.
Besides that sunflower seeds should be somewhat limited but not just made out as treats. They are actually incredibly healthy! Check out this link for more info on how they are:
