Im Laura, student illustrator from the north of England, I own a rescue dog called Tara she's nine now, and two adopted gorgeous boar guinea pigs both are seven months.
I've been signing up to so many hamster forums, trying to get all the best information out there, so i hope you don't mind me joining this forum too!
I haven't got a hamster yet, however I am wanting to adopt a Syrian hamster, don't mind on sex or colour but i would love a mid legth or long haired one, but if there's none in the rescue's im more than happy with a short haired one - I can brush the hamster every day too - as i have a long haired guinea pig who's brused twice daily hehe.
I'm also trying to decided between cages too, Hamster Heaven or my old Piggie Cage - Ferplast Rabbit 100 - I understand this would need to be modified to accomodate a hammy. Hehe!
Anywhoos, Im not planning to adopt till next year time so I can have plenty of time to research and give my little baby boy or girl the best care I can.
