Long haired Syrians?
Is there a difference between male and females long haired coats? I feel like males have long coat the females from what I’ve seen but I’m not sure if it just depends on the individual or has anything to do with the sex, does anyone know?

Re: Long haired Syrians?
I have read that the males have the long haired coat and skirt and the females are fluffy rather than long haired.

Re: Long haired Syrians?
Yes, from what I know males are longer haired than the females and I think it gets longer when they are older/matured too.

Re: Long haired Syrians?
I have noticed our male has a pretty significant balding area on the top of his shoulders and his skin is red there. Should I be worried?

Is his wheel big enough? If not and the wheel has a spindle it could be rubbing.
