Introducing...Shadow!

Today, I had a really rough day, friends were turning on me and I was generally feeling awful.
My boyfriend came home from school with me, and had a word with my mum when we got in...and it turned out, he was going to buy me a hamster as my early Valentine's Day Present !

So, we went to Pets at Home, but there was only one Syrian left and some family took it ¬.¬

After asking the woman went and got Syrians from the back - I got to pick between 20!

I wanted another boy, so that whittled my choices down to 10...and then I saw Shadow - with his long black fur and he looked like a punk, I adore him

Here are some pictures of him - the flash makes his fur look light brown but it is infact nearly black with some white, and he is quite fuzzy/long haired too!

And thanks Annie, I realise that now - people like that aren't worth having in my life...I'd rather just have my boyfriend and my hamsters

yeah...animals dont lie to you or betray you...i am sure your boyfriend doesnt either

my boyfriend is poking me atm...he wants me to stop spending my time on hamstercentral and pay attention to him

Oh my god, I know the feeling!!

He calls me the hamster nerd...and yet I am buying him one for his birthday in May

my boyfriend won't let me have any more hamsters lol! I don't think I'd be able to fit any more in my car anyway when I go home from uni!! Shadow is gorgeous

Haha, I am DOOMED when I go to Uni...going to have to get a flat or something so the hamsters can come with me, as uni dorms won't allow it I don't think :')

yeah I am in a house and luckily I'm allowed pets I remember the day I went into the lettings place to ask if I was allowed a hamster I was really worried they would say no!! But its really difficult when I have to take them home to my parents for holidays as its a 4 hour drive and they all have massive cages which take up the entire car lol. And I have loads of other stuff that I take home like my clothes and my computer so there isn't space I think I'm going to have to bribe my boyfriend to take one of the hammies home for easter

Aha, I am going to a Uni quite close to home, so the journey isn't that long :']
I will find out someway of having them with me !
