Sunflower Custard
Yesterday I went to the pet shop to buy cat food and I brought home a new hammie, Sunflower Custard! He’s a tiny 8 week old black eyed cream banded Syrian I love him so much!
His current set up is the Savic Ruffy 2 (80x50cm) with a 28cm Trixie wheel, and a bunch of toys. He was a bit unsure of the extra space at frist but he’s settling well. I’ll get some photos once he’s settled properly!
I hope to upgrade him to a 100+ cm cage soon with natural theme like I have for my other hammies, for now im sure he’ll be happy in his current setup tho

Congrats on giving Sunflower Custard his loving, forever home with you! I'm so happy for you both. He sounds absolutely adorable. I am glad that he is settling in so well and enjoying his nice palace home. I will be looking forward to seeing you cutie pie when he settles in more and getting to know him as well. I'm sure the two of you will have the greatest time together. Congrats again and have fun!

Aw I have a real soft spot for black eyed cream hamsters. My harvest was cream banded and was a real sweetie. Look forward to hearing more about Sunflower custard, great name btw!

I would love to see some pictures of him, his name has me smiling. Very cute! Sounds a little like me, going to the store to buy something unrelated to hamsters and coming home with one anyway.

Got some cute photos of Sunflower Custard (Sunny) today! He’s such a sweet friendly boy, amd very energetic  I can’t wait till I can upgrade him to a 100cm+ bin or tank style cage.
