Its so hard isnt it, leaving them alone to settle when all you want to do is cuddle and stare at them.

Yes, it is hard to be patient especially when you have a little child who is so anxious and excited to play with the family pet (which is absolutely wonderful and very sweet), but it is always definitely worth the wait. Nibbles will appreciate it and your bond will thrive because of it. In the meantime, I would keep talking to your little fluffy and doing the tissue trick so she builds up trust and gains more courage around you. When she begins to look more receptive to interacting, you can begin taming. Good luck and have a great time with one another. I am so very excited for all three of you.
