Coco That's the kindest offer, thank you! This is why I love this forum - so many generous and friendly people I will definitely bear that in mind if my mum doesn't think she is managing well, but she dies seem quite confident at the moment so fingers crossed.

Ruth I know what you mean. I worry about little children too... I guess it depends on the kids, though. If they are responsible and told very clearly that they are not to touch the hamsters without an adult present, it might be fine.

Harvey It was no problem! I am just happy that he was able to use his natural tapping talents to entertain others. And, of course, it was amazing to finally meet all my ham friends. Thank you so much for arranging the whole thing with your mum We definitely do need to keep in touch via ham chat. Maybe we can even sneak out for a meet up some night?

He's not interested in sleeping in his new hamster bed (thanks for the recommendation, Serendipity!) yet, though he has sat in it and also tried digging down into it!

He's all gigged out! So cute, I wish my ham would let me hold her like that. She and Cotton always want to run up my shoulder and then up the back of the sofa.
Daisy did the same thing with her bed which I also admired from Serendipity s post. It was hilarious. She put her nose into the bottom of the bed while her back end worked furiously to try and get somewhere.
Quigley looks like he's saying his prayers at bedtime. What a little angel

Just catching up on Quigley- I'm glad to see he's as adorable as ever! I love sleepy Q, he looks so calm and peaceful. He clearly trusts you a lot! The little bed is so cute. Did you make it yourself? What is it made out of? I do sort of want to try making one myself

Love these photos - they are all absolutely adorable! I especially like those sleeping photos - he looks very cosy and comfortable asleep in your hand!
