Thank you all. Newtie was so funny last night. He clearly likes a bit of warmth in the room and wanted to come out last night. He had a bit of time in the playpen and a bit of time on the sofa. The pet carrrier was still sitting on the sofa and he wanted to get in it again! Climbed in it twice. I also let him have 5 minutes in a ball and he rolled over to where Nugget's cage is and meerkated and looked really like he was thinking a lot!
Here he is This is the second time he climbed in the pet carrier. He had a good dig around (there are some bits of food in there from the other day). I lifted him out and he just climbed in again It had a good clean out and disinfect after Nugget came home in it, so no Nuggety smells left. I think he just likes it!
That's so sweet, he really does like it in there
I'm sure he must be quite intrigued by his new neighbour!

Ha ha - so what's what with Boris and Sparky? Newt had a sort of unfathomable look on his face while meerkating near Nugget's tank. Sort of a cross between confusion, love, shock and serious thinking.
Yes I wondered that Coco but Newt has a really good sniff of everything! Even in his playpen. It was thoroughly washed and disinfected but it's possible.
