Re: All about Beatrix
I've thought of ordering that bottle before, glad to know it's good quality!
Though it's not a super popular choice amongst hamster owners, and I'm not quite sure why, the CSE wheel is very high quality and a very good choice in my opinion. The silent runner will always be my favorite just due to its durability, high quality, silence, and safety, but this doesn't necessarily mean that it's the only wheel suitable for hamsters out there! My favorite wheels on the market are, the silent runner, the wodent wheel, the trixie wheel, and the CSE. I totally agree that it's an excellent wheel
Looking forward to hearing about how blueberries go for them!

Re: All about Beatrix
That's a very impressive cage, so pleased Beatrix thinks so too.

Re: All about Beatrix
All the hams loved their blueberries! Beatrix is such a diva. She wants my attention, but she doesn't want me to touch her, but she doesn't like it when I'm talking and playing with the others. She and Anya, the other Syrian, are especially aware of one another, and she gets miffed if I talk to Anya before her, or, more importantly, give Anya a blueberry before her. Don't I know that it's AAB? (All About Beatrix)
Here are some photos from the last few days. She enjoyed a dried banana piece and posed for me nicely, and she is contemplating the blueberry.
I am hoping to get the chance to weigh her soon. She seems huge to me, in terms of length. I mean, she seems healthy, but also very long, especially compared to my other hamsters. I'm interested in knowing her official size. She is definitely much bigger than Anya, but then she is four months older, at least.

Re: All about Beatrix
Beatrix is looking very pretty in that first photo especially. It's funny how her top and bottom half are opposite colours. And I definitely need to try Mushu on blueberries!

Re: All about Beatrix
I GOT TO HOLD BEATRIX TONIGHT!
After catching a glimpse of me cuddling Anya, Beatrix was bound and determined to figure a way out of her cage (there isn't one, silly monkey!), so I put my hand out and she crawled onto it and wanted to keep crawling up my arm, so I lifted her up, and she walked around on my hands for awhile. I decided to get a quick weight from her, since the scale was right there. She weighs 170g+/- a gram. She was wiggly! She's twice the size of Anya! I was able to do a quick health check on her, too, and all looked well. It was such a different experience holding her than holding Anya, and definitely different than holding Emoji! She didn't seem to mind it too much, and I was so excited to finally have her playing outside of the cage. She might have just been jealous of Anya getting a cuddle!

Re: All about Beatrix
Haha, that's good news about Beatrix I think you're right, a touch of the green-eyed hamster perhaps but still if it gets here interacting with you it's great
