Memoirs of a spoilt hamster - by Khaleesi

Greetings strange unfurry beings. I am Khaleesi, a 4 month old Syrian hamster. I am somewhat of a blonde bombshell, if I do say so myself. I get bored in my cage sometimes at night, so I think up tales to amuse you all, which I get my servant/scribe/ food bringer and poop cleaner to write down and deliver to you. Here is my take on how my week has been.

This week started like most other weeks, in that I started the week smelling peculiar again ( my servant says I am in "heat", whatever that means). All I know is that I have an urgent need to touch everything and mark it as mine as quickly as possible, just in case someone doesnt know it belongs to me and tries to steal it. I also enjoy terrorising my servant during this time by demanding she plays with me all the time. Sometimes I mark her as my own, but only when I deem she has done a worthy job of entertaining me.

I also got to meet lots of other unfurry beings this week too. Some I have seen before, they come and feed me and entertain me when my main food bringer is off doing things that dont involve me ( how rude). I also got to meet someone who my servant called "aunty Nat" this week too. She was fun, I terrorised her a lot. She smelt a bit like rats ( silly "aunty Nat" said they were my cousins, but I dont hang around with riffraff rats) but she was able to keep up with my fast paced games and trickery. She passed the "catch me" test ( this is where I run up someones arm then launch myself into the air). Therefore, even though she mocked my bottom and ladylike walk, I rule that she can visit me again sometime.

In other less important news, I hurt my booper aka nose, by chewing those delicious bars. So my servant put up cardboard and blocked my view. But not to worry, I punished that cardboard for its sins and unblocked the view myself. I also woke up to find more fun floor stuff to play and dig in. I also made my wheel squeak by running really fast, which annoys my servant. Which I why I try to run faster and further every night.

Anyway, I have to go and terrorise my servant now. She hasnt provided my fresh veg, therefore she must be punished.

My servant wanted to show you this picture as apparent "proof" of why she nicknamed me "mouth". Since servant has blocked off my access to those delicious bars of the cage, I need to obey my jaws of doom and chew something. This is my latest piece of art. Do you like it? (servant is amazed at my artistic skills and how much I can get done in just one night). Servant laughs and says she is happy that I am using my mouth wisely. I dont know what she means by that, she is strange.

Back to my nest for more napping. Being this fabulous is tiring. Ta ta strange beings

It's good to hear that she's been chewing on some items that are actually healthy for her teeth rather than her cage bars

Servant still hasnt provided me with fresh veg. Maybe Ive eaten all the brocolli in the world? I shall hope that servant can find some soon, I think I am suffering withdrawls.

On a plus note, servant has told me "aunty nat" has made me a giant blanket pouch to play in when servant is with me. I love it when servant gets out my fleece blanket and screws it in a ball, then i run in and try to find my way out. When i get out again I glare at servant until she arranges it into a ball again, then I run back in and repeat the whole process again and again. I like this game, so I believe I will like my new giant fleecy blanket pouch too.
