Re: Duncan's thread
Congrats on finishing all your exams.
That's a shame that Duncan chewed through the acrylic of his DIY cage after all the work you put into it - I hope you manage to find/make a cage which that works best for him.
Lovely photos. He looks so handsome and cuddly. Love the photo of Duncan with his reflection in the mirror.
Also that must have be disappointing that the fostering fell through.

Re: Duncan's thread
Yay, no more exams! Wahoo!
I cant believe Duncan chewed through plexiglass! I dont know whether to laugh or cry for you. All that hard work we put into giving our lovely hams a new home and they go and show their appreciation with their mouth. Good job you love the little sucker haha. Im sure you will find a solution soon.
I love the new pics of him. The one with just his head poking put of the tube is so funny

Re: Duncan's thread
I was going to share some pics of Duncan because I had some really cute ones, but it was brought to my attention via another forum that photobucket is no longer allowing its members to share photos if they're using a free account! I was confused why I could no longer see any of Duncan's photos on this thread- upsets me a little bit as I used this to keep a sort of journal of his life. I guess I'll have to switch sources as photobucket was pretty unreliable anyways so maybe it's a blessing in disguise. I hope there's some way to recover these pics.
I'm going to try and find the IRIS bin for Duncan and hope that he won't chew it. I was shocked that he even could chew plexiglass, but I'm surprised by things daily.
In some other news, I may be breeding little Duncans! Well not Duncan's offspring obviously, but rather his same color (I would never breed a ham of unknown background). The breeder that I may be getting my first breeder hams from has silver grays available and the idea of "opossum" babies does excite me
As soon as I move my photos over to a new image hosting site, I'll be sure to share

Re: Duncan's thread
What?! This is absurd. I am feeling very angry at Photobucket right now. All my pictures, both of Quigley and Mushu, have been shared via photobucket. Bit confused because I can still see the photos on Quigley's thread and my photobucket account is a free one. I suppose it's only a matter of time before they disappear please let me know if you do find an alternative image hosting site. Even before now, I have been searching for an alternative to Photobucket due to how glitchy it is, but have not been able to find one which allows me to directly share photos using the mobile site.
Exciting news about the possible silver gray babies! So pleased to hear that you are going forward with your breeding venture and I can't wait to see and hear more

I was pretty upset over it too! The first time I noticed it was on the HOTM thread where souffle's photo was taken down- then I noticed all of Duncan's pics were gone I'm looking at imgur currently, I'll let you know if I end up liking it!

Re: Duncan's thread
That's a real shame Drago, it does seem totally unfair to do that suddenly when so many people will have shared their photos on forums & other places online.
It makes me angry too tbh, they have so many ads to pay for everything they should easly be able to provide free accounts with the full service.
May be best to upload your photos directly to the forum in future, I've done that quite a lot when Photobucket is playing up & just being tedious!
Look forward to hearing more about your breeding plans, the babies sound gorgeous

Re: Duncan's thread
I'm quite upset about the photobucket thing too, I was quite shocked when I seen something about it on Quigley's thread last night So unfair to just make a change like this without even telling people. My boys threads are like their diaries to me, somewhere I can look over their adventures so it's a bit upsetting to think that I won't be able to look at them and everyone elses pictures too of course.
Sounds exciting to breed mini Duncans, well lookalikes anyway he's such a lovely colour. I'm very excited to hear all about it

Re: Duncan's thread
Unfortunately, there probably was small print. I usually don't miss it as I always read the T&C with everything, but I may have skimmed through at some points
