Re: Duncan's thread
Haha oh dear Duncan! Glad you managed to catch him. Bet he was just coming out to let you know all about his new cage - and particularly the fact that he can now come and go from it as he pleases, thank you very much can't wait to see some pictures.

Re: Duncan's thread
Oh, no! What an adventure that must have been - sneaky Duncan escaping already! He surely is quite the escape artist keeping you on your toes, Drago! I am so relieved that he is now back, safe and sound, in the lovely home that you made for him. He sure is a truly lucky dude, and I can't wait to see pics of him enjoying his new palace!

Re: Duncan's thread
Hello everyone! Hope your week has gone well thus far
Sorry I've been a bit inactive, life has gotten a bit crazy for me in the past few weeks. I've had exams all week, my work schedule has become insane, and I've had a few personal issues on the side. I'm hoping things resolve soon so I can update my threads lol
I figured I'd share a few pics of Duncan that I got earlier today
As I promised you guys, I will definitely be sharing the cage soon. I am going to add a few more accent pieces in and then I think it should be done. Duncan has escaped much less now, and is settling in (although he knows I'm still unhappy with his behavior). I'll also be updating you all on Kopi and the mice as soon as I get the chance.
On a less happy note, that hamster Snickers (the sable banded Syrian who was featured earlier in Duncan's thread) has passed away at the age of 2 years. Her owner is very upset over it. It was quite unexpected, though when I was last petsitting her (which was just last week!) I noticed she seemed a bit off and suggested she be checked out. They took her to the vet yesterday, but she passed away shortly after Hope she's somewhere nice now
See you soon!

Re: Duncan's thread
Drago, I hope that things get less stressful for you soon. Life sure can get quite hectic at times, but I wish you the very best in all that you are doing. I am so sorry to hear that Snickers passed away so unexpectedly. I know that it must have been extremely hard for you and your friend. Hugs to you both. Rest in peace sweet Snickers.
BTW, I especially love the first pic of Duncan. The sunlight shining down on his coat surely accentuates his gorgeous pattern and coloring. He also looks extra cuddly there, too. I am so glad that he hasn't been escaping as much since the last episode. I know that must be a total relief for you. He sure is a silly one. I also love the threads about Kopi and your three mice. I think all of your threads are so entertaining.
Have a lovely rest of the week and weekend.

Re: Duncan's thread
Lovely photos of Duncan
Life does sound a bit hectic for you right now, hope the exams went well & things slow down a bit soon!
Sorry to hear the sad news about Snickers, she was a good age but it's still always hard to see them go to the bridge.
