Banjo!!
Hello everyone! I would love for you to meet my new baby Syrian, Banjo! She is roughly 4 weeks old according to the lady I got her from (her hammy had babies) She was the only baby left, and I got to meet Banjo and her mum together for the first time when I got her yesterday. She is still so tiny, especially next to her mom who was probably the largest hamster I've ever held haha!
I was extremely surprised to see how tame she already is, apart from the energy all young hamsters have- she probably won't even need a single bonding session with me
Right now she is in a small store bought cage with a tube connecting a bin cage to the top, and I plan on upsizing to a larger bin cage when she gets a little bigger. It's fun watching her explore her new home <3
After the sudden death of my last hammy, Bug, and the recent death of my 15 year old dog, I've had a hole in my heart needing a furry soul to fill it; I know little Banjo can do just that <3
Ps, sorry the pictures aren't that great. She can't stand still for 2 seconds and I'm trying not to take her out of her cage too much yet while she gets used to it :P
PPs, I also had uploading issues so the pictures have to be cropped really weird...
