Re: Introducing Eros
Oh my gosh, what a cheeky girl! Thank goodness you got her back safely. I bet she was having a fun old time exploring, blissfully unaware of how stressed she was making you. How funny.

Re: Introducing Eros
AprilPearl, she was having the greatest time ever, I'm sure. When I locked the screen lid onto her bin cage for the first time, she pouted and hid her face in the corner for a while. I think she was quite disappointed that she wasn't going to have another Houdini experience again EVER, lol!

Re: Introducing Eros
Oh my goodness Eros, what a fright to give your mum! I'm glad you discovered her quickly dreamtree, my heart would have been in my mouth lol. They are very good at managing the impossible, especially when they set their mind to it. Boris has twice made it out his ranch (he plays in there usually all day). I didn't even know he had got out until I seen him scurrying past me and the second time I just looked down and he was sitting at my feet, I was shocked. I have to watch him like a hawk now lol.
I'm glad Eros was ok and she's back safe and sound in her cage, no doubt plotting some new adventrues

Re: Introducing Eros
I'm thinking about Eros007 being called Miss Houdini 007 instead.
I laughed at you waking up to her having escaped, my heart would've flipped.
So glad no harm came to your little princess, I can just imagine the look on her face at when you locked the screen lid lol!

Re: Introducing Eros
Oh my, sounds like Eros was having a wonderful adventure and explore in your closet. You must be so relieved that your heard her and manage to eventually return her to her cage all safe and sound - no wonder she didn't want to get caught I bet she was having so much fun.

Re: Introducing Eros
BP, my heart most definitely skipped a few beats to say the very least. I still can't believe how lucky I was to hear the noises and catch her. It is shocking that she was just standing there at first trying to show of her latest stunt. I could just imagine her saying, "Look, Mum! Aren't you impressed how resourceful I am that I can escape my cage and come to you while you are sleeping?", lol. You must not have believed your eyes when you saw Boris crossing your path and later sitting at your feet. I'm glad that you were able to catch him, too. I am certainly keeping hawk eyes on Eros, too, lol.
Oh no, Thin Lizzy! Please don't give Eros any ideas; she already is quite the determined girl to prove she is rightly named a Bondgirl, I would hate to think of her being a true Houdini at all times, too, lol. She is always up to the craziest things and keeps me on my toes constantly, I wouldn't want to think of having to speed my toes up to triple speed. Yes, she made the most adorable, yet disappointed pouty face, I ever saw when she saw me lock her up! It was totally priceless!!
SKB, I'm so relieved and grateful that Eros was back in her home although she still felt she had more mischief to accomplish I'm sure! She had the greatest time during her escapade. I now triple check that she is completely locked in safe and sound before I go to bed every night. Sorry, Eros, but no more Houdini stunts for you! I think that was enough excitement to last for a very long, long time, lol.

Re: Introducing Eros
Since I haven't posted as many photos as usual, I thought that you all might enjoy a few outtakes of our latest photo shoot. Here is Eros playing around with our PS3 remote control and some of the Disney Infinity's video game collectible figurines. We had a lovely time doing this thanks to BP's wonderful HOM theme. Eros enjoyed playing with the characters, and she especially loved Syndrome - maybe it was his bright carrot-top hair or the infamous immobilizing capabilities of his zero-point energy ray that was the attraction, lol.
Syndrome 1; Eros 0.
Syndrome 1; Eros 1. Go get him Eros!
Eros using the underside of her snout to manipulate the right thumbstick. She is playing as Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas and Syndrome is playing as Sullivan (a.k.a. Sulley) from Monsters, Inc. Needless to say, Eros is winning, lol.
Let's see; what does this do, Mum?
Can I have a replay of that latest attack?
This sure is fun, Mum! Who needs popcorn when sunflowers are offered as the intermission snack? Nyum, yummy, yumyum, hamilicious!!!!
What do you mean, Syndrome's character Sulley escaped from my grasp? That's not fair; Jack Skellington can throw flaming pumpkins and Sulley only uses his roar attack and toilet paper launcher. I think my character is much more overpowered than his; can I request a rematch?
Btw, don't you just love my one ear up and one ear down look? Mum thinks it's extra cute and endearing.
Oh, well. . . . I'm up for my next adventure anyway! Watch out, Syndrome; your character can't escape for long and I'll be more than ready next time!

Re: Introducing Eros
Aww, thanks Ruth and Coco! I was actually surprised that she was able to make the video game play - I thought the remote was just going to be her prop but she apparently had another thing in mind, I suppose, lol. She also sure acted as though she knew how her character was doing against Syndrome's Sulley, too. To be honest, I think she is part hammy and part video game master, lol.
Here are a few pics of her coming out from one of her many piled-high tunnels after a long nap. She builds them up so high that these creations (sometimes one and a half times the height of her wheel) sometimes slowly flop to the side and topple down at the top; the silly girl comes out from the base flabbergasted that I am supposedly disturbing her masterpiece Mt. Hameverest. I thought they were priceless pics and couldn't help sharing her expressions with you. Sorry for the pic overload!
She sure loves to be sporting that one ear up and one ear down look with the lopsided, top hair tufts, lol! What a cutie if I may say so in my totally biased opinion!
Don't giggle at me again, Mum; I can't help that I look extra floofy and silly when I wake up. Beauty sleep doesn't cure floofiness issues. After all, I believe going with the natural, just-woke-up look can be quite captivating at times like these.
I also included a few pics of Snickers playing in the paper towels after a nice bath time and getting ready for a cozy nap while listening to her favorite tunes, too!
Good evening, Eros; sleep tight and sweet dreams, Snickers! Whisker kisses to you all, from my beautiful girls! XXX
