Eros - A 007 Hammy Secret Agent!

Aww, thanks a bunch, Serendipity and BP! Serendipity, I really do love hamsters' tiny paws; they are just the cutest! BP, Eros has incredible strength and determination. I always am in awe that she is able to carry the large alligator in her teeth; I would never even attempt to try carrying anything that is larger than me around with my teeth for fear of breaking my pearly whites, lol.

Guess who came to prance around with Eros in the wee hours of the morning? Could it really be Eros's TWINSY coming for a visit??? Can you tell them apart, lol?


Eros, are you trying to grow a long, brown beard for the summer? You look like a silly, crazy clown with your stringy beard, lol! I have no clue what absolutely ridiculous things you will come up with next!!!! Time will only tell. Btw, please excuse that stuff on Eros's nose; she has been extremely busy digging and burrowing in her sand and substrate, lol.

Eros rode Miss Sassy Rubber Ducky approximately a year ago. I was wondering whether she would do the same thing again if she had another opportunity to do so. To my great surprise and happiness, she climbed right back onto her duck friend's back and rode her like a pro just like she did last time. I thought it was so sweet and decided to take another photo of her doing this because it is just too cute. Here is Eros being a rodeoing duck star, lol.


These last three pics are from last year with Eros riding Miss Sassy Rubber Ducky; I believe that I only shared the second one from the past photos with all of you. Up she went onto Miss Sassy's back.


She urged Miss Sassy to go faster and faster, lol!!!


She sure loved doing fancy stunts on Miss Sassy's head; this was her doing the spinning trick where she turned around and around on top of her friend's head.

Eros with a big brown beard? Hmmm… Maybe she secretly is Professor Hambledore and needs too look grown up and strong! The first and third picture of Eros on the duck is priceless! She sure looks like she had a lot of fun playing with Miss Sassy!

I absolutely love everyone's HOM entries; they are all so creative and adorable, and I totally love what everyone and their hams did with Eros's and my theme!!! At Burakki's request and since Eros and I always enjoy having an opportunity to take photoshoots, I decided to share a few of ours that we took but didn't enter for our theme of Hamsters Starring In A Movie. It was lots of fun, and Eros enjoyed plenty of treats as you could all probably imagine, lol. Although we also did a photoshoot of Eros starring as Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (scene where Frodo is contemplating dropping the Ring into Mount Doom) and one with Eros starring as Robin Hood in Walt Disney's Robin Hood, the 1973 animated version, we will not be posting them at this time but may possibly choose to share them at a later date. I thought it would be fun to share these two photo sessions and the following one in the next post with you all now since all entries have been posted already and we may be extra busy during the next few weeks. We hope that you enjoy them.

In this first one, Eros is starring as Prince Phillip in Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty, the 1959 animated version. Eros, being the the adventurer that she is, just couldn't help herself and wanted to star in the action role instead of being the lovely Princess Aurora waiting to be saved by her beloved prince, lol. The scene she is acting out is Prince Phillip's dramatic battle against the dragon form of Maleficent.

Oooh, a glistening sword. . . . that will prove extremely handy when fighting the all-powerful Maleficent!





Is Maleficent supposed to kiss me in this scene, Mum?


Oh well, there are no rules that can't be broken so Maleficent and I decided to make peace with one another and give each other some cuddling instead. I will then tickle Princess Aurora with a few of my whisker kisses and awaken her from her deep, sleeping curse. At the end of our story, Maleficent, Aurora, and I will all live happily ever after and be lifelong friends. I hope that you all don't mind the twist on our ending of the story.


In this photo session, Eros is acting as Princess Ariel and stars in Walt Disney's The Little Mermaid, the 1989 animated version. The scene being portrayed is Princess Ariel admiring her cherished treasures in her secret grotto prior to her beloved father Triton becoming enraged after discovering his daughter's love for Prince Eric and destroying most of the human artifacts with his trident.

Who knew that human's treasures could be so scrumptious? Yum!!!!



Scuttle said that this shiny object is a dinglehopper used by humans as a hair comb to acquire an "aesthetically-pleasing appearance.". Looking at my reflection in it, I should start primping my luxurious locks with it in order to charm my darling Prince Eric.


The only question is how am I supposed to get this extra huge dinglehopper into my hair so I can begin the beautification process?


Assistance any time now is much appreciated.


Oh well, I had better find Flounder and resurface to the top of the ocean in order to ask Scuttles to give more detailed instructions; our trusted adviser and friendly seagull is most definitely the expert in all things human after all.

Eros starring as Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, the 2017 version. The scene Eros is depicting here is when Belle discovers the enchanted rose hidden away in the Beast's secret room. This rose is tied into the destinies of the once uncompassionate prince (a.k.a. the Beast) and his beloved kingdom. An exquisite enchantress casted a spell on the rose and warned the prince that the curse that turned his appearance into that of a beast, transformed his servants into inanimate objects, made the castle invisible, and erased the memory of them in all of the minds of their loved ones will only be broken if the prince learns to love another, and earn their love in return, before the last petal falls.



Oh no, another petal just dropped! Don't worry; I am already falling in love with the Beast so this should have a happy ending for everyone. I am an incredibly loving ham, you know!

This afternoon, Eros tried her very first bean sprout. Needless to say, it was a tremendous hit, and she absolutely loved it!!! It was all gobbled up in a couple seconds, lol.

Aww, thank you so much, Thin Lizzy and Coco!!! You both are so extremely sweet and made my day! I'm so glad that you both enjoyed the photo shoots. We had such a great time doing them, and Eros really enjoyed being Belle and stuffing her cheeks with a homemade, peanut-n-blueberry cookie, lol.
