Eros - A 007 Hammy Secret Agent!

After a ton of hard work and many more ample-sized holes completed, I called out for Mum to come for my usual grooming session. Although I groom myself thoroughly, she still likes to beautify me so I call to her from my palace rooftop in order to let her know that I am ready for the process to commence. Aren't I just the sweetheart for making Mum's dream of brushing my glorious, amber-n-white locks a true reality. I aim to please, you know.

I know, I definitely take your breath away with all of my gorgeous lusciousness, right?

Emma H_amster_, thanks for being concerned about Eros's eye. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and she is definitely not blind. When I first adopted her, the breeders on HC reassured me that there was nothing to fear about the different colored eyes. It is just a rare occurrence in hamsters. In fact, I feel that it just adds to part of Eros's charm factor.

does indeed!! so its just simply like 4 colors is supposed to be impossible on guinea pigs? so really rare to get one with 4 colors

Aww Eros you are such a cutie. Do you actually sit still while you are brushed? Khali wouldnt do that. I'd have to create a hamster carwash type thing (with the big brushes) for her to run through first.

Your different coloured eyes are beautiful. Maybe you could tell people that you have a "spy eye" - one that can scan people, see through walls etc. It would certainly help on your secret missions

Oh dreamtree, I couldn't stop laughing at Eros's latest pics, especially her face poking through but the best pic is the one of her bum and back legs, I ended up with the hiccups after laughing too much.

Oh, Khali, I sure would love to see your amazing car washy thingy! I can't believe that I have agreed to just being brushed without all of that extra pizzazz! At first, I didn't approve of the previously named Villianous Bristlemeister, which I now call Mr. Bluefinger (my twist on Goldfinger, but Mum refers to it simply as "B-R-U-S-H") messing with me. However, now I usually just stand there monitoring him work his magic. I often stay quite still since he is currently a reformed villain that has been taught a lesson or two from me numerous times. On occasion though, I have been known to grab him for a good wrestling match! Can't always be receptive to his manipulating my well placed locks of fluff, you know! But now I think I might just need to go on strike until Mum creates my own personal car washy thingy!!!! I believe I am deserving of one, too. Servant just doesn't realize that she needs to research the newest innovations in proper grooming etiquette. I think she needs to talk to Jennie so I can have the best luxuries possible in this matter. After all, Khali's Mum is quite brilliant indeed! What a wonderful idea of my laser eye also being equipped with marvelous spy gear capabilities - just like Superman. The options are LIMITLESS!!!!!! )))) Whahhahahaha!!!! Did I get my evil laugh down, Khali? I know, I'm on the side of righteousness and good, but I can have little bit of fun on the bad side at times, right?

BP and Thin Lizzy, I am so pleased that you enjoyed my sweet little tushy wiggling out of my secret spy hole. I have now made NUMEROUS holes all around my cardboard palace. I take turns scurrying from one hole to the next, popping my head in and out of them, jumping out to do some surveillance, darting back to my palace, and then plopping back into the next hole as quickly and efficiently as possible. It has become one of my new favorite obstacle courses, and I L-O-V-E to do it as often and quickly as I can. If only you could see me now. Mum said I spent a whole hour doing it last night. She couldn't get herself to look away because she was laughing so hysterically at me and doing the hiccuppy noise, too. Her eyes even started to water so I had to stop and ask her if she was O.K. Wow, two-leggeds sure are strange at times!!!! They think that us Furries are funny, little creatures; well, we think they are ridiculous, tall ones. We don't even make those utterly odd sounding hiccuppies.

Just to prove my point that I am quite the glam queen, I decided to help Mum with her beautification process. I decided to observe her playing around with her treasures earlier this morning. Don't worry, I didn't actually help with the application process although it would only have been fair to do so since she always helps Mr. Bluefinger apparently beautify me. Mum made sure that I didn't play with those hammy-harmful stuff so I just merely thought that I could be quite a useful critic. I think that she thought that if I helped her to apply any of that stuff, she may turn out looking like a clown. Huh, they just don't give us enough credit, right?

This is me surveying the treasure stash. I sure do L-O-V-E that G-R-E-E-N sparkly in the center. Forget the other stuff, Mum, go straight for the power ring in the center!!!!!!

By they way, to all of the mums out there (regardless of whether you are mums to two-leggeds, furries, slimmies, scalies, or even a few creepies), "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, TO YOU!!!!!!! You deserve a little extra pampering and tons, and T-O-N-S of love.".

Awwww Eros, that picture of your head sticking out of the cardboard box is priceless! It reminds me of that story where Pooh Bear gets stuck in the entrance to Rabbit's burrow! I had to laugh.

All that beautification is surely paying off because you are looking especially lovely! Do you know what colour you are? I would have said cream banded, but you seem to have darker cheek flashes too.
