Hamster weight?

Hello everyone!
I currently own 3 Syrian hamsters (separate cages) and one of my youngest Dexter is causing me a lot of worry right now.
Dexter belongs to my oldest hamster and was the runt of her litter, being the sweetie I am I kept him because of his small size and rather timid / shy nature. Dexter has ALWAYS been noticeable smaller than the other hamsters, right now he is coming up to 7 weeks old but upon weighing him and his sister Jett (whom I've also kept) there is a slight weight difference, Jett is almost 5 ounces in weight and Dexter is barely making 3.
Dexter doesn't eat much and isn't big on treats full stop, but since moving him into his new alexander hamster cage he doesn't...come out very often, he spends alot of his time hiding away no matter what time! and im getting worried for his health.
I was hoping it was him being fussy but no matter what I feed him (harry hamster, selective, sugar free cereal) he won't eat it!
His teeth are fine but I just want to know if this is a normal weight for a small runt syrian? his father was a rather slim syrian as well if it helps!

You could try giving him some baby food or porridge to build him up a bit, but he does need to eat his hamster mix too! Are sure he's not just storing it?

It is unusual for a ham not to eat the mix, even picky eaters get hungry & will eat it if it's left so it does sounds as though there could be a problem.
If he's nervous the new cage may not be helping, it might be a good idea to put him into a smaller cage where, at least for now until he's gained confidence, he might be happier & feel safer & you would be able to keep an eye on him more easily.
I'm not sure about baby syrian weights tbh but some breeders use kitten foods to help build up babies, you do obviously want to get him eating normal ham mix though so try to monitor just how much he does eat & keep track of his weight for now if he seems otherwise healthy.
