I haven't read it but Chris just told me of a really amazing story in today's Express.
In Woodbridge in Suffolk there was a house fire while the family was out. The entire house was totally gutted. When the family came back the little girl was so upset as her hamster had lived in her bedroom and obviously this was no more as there was nothing left.
She made a cross for her hamster and everything but suddenly she saw him in the rubble wandering around. Apparently not only did he survive but he is not injured in any way shape or form. he is 100% OK!!!!!!
Chris said that there is a really cute picture of this hamster. Its a Syrian. Cinnamon in colour. He said he looks just like my Pebbles.
How amazing is that story.
I have searched the Internet but I can't find it on-line. Chris is going to bring the paper home for me tonight.
