Personalised Christmas Stocking

Here is Pumpkin'f final Christmas photoshoot of her posing with her Christmas stocking which is hung on the front of her cage ready for Santa Paws to fill it up with lots presents - as Santa Paws has confirmed to me that Pumpkin is on his good list! But before Santa Paws visited Pumpkin wanted to give her stocking a good look over to make sure their would be sufficient space inside for all the items so has kindly asked Santa for. I have thoroughly enjoyed planning and taking the photos for every one of Pumpkin's Christmas photoshoot - we have both had a lot of fun and I'm hope it made Pumpkin feel even more festive in the build up to the big day!

Have A Very Merry Christmas

Pumpkin is thoroughly excited for Christmas demanding lots of cuddles and yummy treats - obviously to share with Santa Paws and his reindeers! As well as this she has made her house extra cosy (with a lot of banging of the roof obviously wondering where her chimney is!) and has enjoyed chewing on her festive chews!

I absolutely LOVE the photos of Pumpkin doing her last check of her stocking prior to Santa Paws's visit. It surely made me giggle and she is so gorgeous in all the photos. I also love the holiday card with the collage of some of her extra special pre-Christmas photoshoots. She is a true ham-star and I'm sure she doesn't need to worry about their not being a chimney on her Christmas house or the size of her humongous stocking, Santa Paws knows how wonderful darling Pumpkin is and will be sure to bring her lots of great treats, presents, etc.

Sweet dreams, dear Pumpkin; when you wake up, there will be plenty to see and do. Merry Christmas and Happy 2018 to you, your Mum, and her family.

Pumpkin's Christmas

I didn't see much of Pumpkin at all on Christmas morning deciding to stay nice and snug in her house. After my family and myself finished our Christmas dinner I gave Pumpkin her Christmas dinner too which included a small piece of turkey, carrot and a whole brussel sprout - I left it in her treat dish so when she woke up she could enjoy herself on her festive treats. I kept checking on her cage seeing if she had eaten it yet but she hadn't and it was still where I left it. At 8pm when I checked on her I could her rustling in her house and got my camera ready if she decided to come out - after a little wait her face appeared and she could smell something tasty - and headed straight towards her treat dish to discover her Christmas dinner. The turkey and carrot quickly disappeared into her pouch but the brussel was to big so ran of with that instead and sat in her sand bath enjoying her dinner.

As I had my family around unfortunately this meant I couldn't spend much time with Pumpkin and so she wasn't best pleased that her cuddle time went a miss! So she did throw a hamtrum - but I did make up for it later in the evening after everyone had left and Pumpkin also got to open her presents from Santa Paws! I managed to get a few photo of her investigating everything she got as she was far to hyper to sit still for long enough - however we got to have lots and lots of Christmas Pumpkin cuddles which Pumpkin was very happy with!

Pets At Home Christmas Sale Shopping - 2017

Yet again this year I have done some sale shopping in P@H - this is something I look forward to every year as I stock up with Christmas chew toys to be spares or one which I thought where to expensive before Christmas. As all their Christmas items are 50% I do buy quite a lot but most of the items I use all year around anyways.

This year I have bought 15 items - both online and instore - for only £24.50 alongside a £1.50 off in vouchers (this would have all cost me £52 at full price!). As I was about to pay I also spotted in their dog sale section a bag of large whimzees with Christmas packing also half price for only £4 (bag contain 8 large assorted whimzees which would normally cost £1.49 each) so had to get a bag even though Santa Paws got her two large hedgehogs for Christmas - these should last Pumpkin a while. Here is a photo of all the items I bought in the sales ...
