She is clearly a hamster of routine judging by the mess she decided to make lol. Boris has a hamtrum beacuse he's annoyed at being taken out the ranch and put back in his cage because I'm going out or it's bed time. He kicks all his sand out his bird bath and throws things off his shelf.

I can't wait to see what you've made for Pumpkin's birthday, I'm sure Pumpkin will love it though

I so love stuffed cheeks on hammies and Pumpkin shows hers off perfectly and looks so cheeky with stuffed cheekies.
That was some hamtrum, from cheeky to destroyer lol! Bless her, she's so use to her routine and her time with her mum.

Pumpkin sure looks so adorable in all of her pictures. I love her HOM photo, too. I think it is extra sweet that she is holding on to your thumb. Pumpkin throwing a hamtrum? I can hardly believe it because she always seem to be such a well-organized, tidy princess. She sure must have missed you tons while you were away. I suppose she thought her hamtrum would ensure that you will have to have all the more attention directed to her and her needs when you return, lol. She sure is a silly beauty full of a little spice, too. Happy early first birthday this coming Sunday, Pumpkin. I'm sure that she will be thoroughly spoiled by you. I can't wait to see what DIY present you have been working on for her special day; I'm sure it will by magnificent and well-loved by your precious beauty.

Pumpkin is very happy with the compliments she received from the photos of her stuffed pouches. She does have very impressive pouches – but It’s been a while since I last saw them stuffed like this! It’s a shame she doesn’t use her pouches that often especially as she looks so cute with them stuffed! Thin Lizzy she does look cheeky with her stuffed cheekies!

AprilPearl, I always wonder how I will find her cage when I get home. Normally its a right mess - Well in her words "just the way she wants it"! cypher, she does quickly forgive me, as Pumpkin can't stay upset/mad at me for long especially when I offer her my hand for cuddles! BorisPasha and Thin Lizzy - Yes, she does like her routine – 8:30pm = cuddles! I did even let her know her cuddle time would be later and told her I would get her out when I get home – Obviously she forgot! Well at least she kept herself occupied though. Dreamtree1234 , Yes, Pumpkin is usually very well organised and tidy – but she does like to makes her own improvements to her cage – Sunday I woke up to find that Pumpkin had decided to fill her sand bath up with fitch!
Drago , Pumpkin does have lots of fun in her cage – I always really enjoy watching her in the evening running around and climbing over things in her cage.

I’m getting really excited for her upcoming birthday. I really enjoyed making her DIY presents and I’m sure she will love it too! Yesterday, I also went hamster shopping so have bought a few more presents for her birthday! Drago , Pumpkin will be 1 year old - she is growing up so fast!

I suppose that Pumpkin likes to be the interior designer of her home, too. I'm glad that she keeps herself well entertained while you are out, lol.

I am so excited for Pumpkin about her upcoming 1 year celebration. Hammies grow up so fast. Time surely flies by so fast when we are having such fun with our little, furry friends.

Willow Stick Chewing and Afternoon Snack

... Well this is how I found Pumpkin when I went to get her out for her cuddle time last night! ...

... yes, she is chewing her willow stick upside down! - I was surprised to see her like this myself - obviously as there is no other way to chew on willow stick other than upside down right? . She was so focused on chewing her willow stick she hadn't even noticed that I had called for her and was waiting for her to come out. Once she finally realised I was waiting for her she quickly returned to the surface - and looked at me with her cheeky innocent expression - and then came out for cuddles!

As I had to do some spot cleaning yesterday afternoon, Pumpkin also decide to make an appearance - we enjoyed a nice cuddle and then she decided to have a something to eat before going back to bed!

I remember seeing Harvey in that position and I almost had a heart attack as I thought something was wrong lol!
I do love Pumpkin's determination and she always looks so very gorgeous.

Her fur looks in lovely condition, especially in that first picture. It's funny how they like chewing the bottom of things, isn't it? Maybe they like the angle.
