I feel very lucky that i have such a sweet little boy tried getting him to do it again yesterday, but he was way too wired... he was just not staying still for anything but the bestest food

Oh gosh Juliebrei! Those pictures of Romeo sleeping! They make me want to run out and buy a thousand new furbabies!

I'm concerned about him. he seems healthy, but he wighed in at 134 grams before the trip. after we came home we weighed him again and he was down to 128, we thought maybe he just needed to find himself after the trip, but now he's down to 125. i'm calling the vet tomorrow, we were planning on giving them a general health check anyways this month. I don't know how much weight is too much? he looks healthy, he eats and he poops and he is still running all night, but somethings not right..

Hope Romeo's ok, it could be he found the journey stressful but, you're doing the right thing making an appointment with the vet. Got my fingers crossed.

I hope Romeo is ok, tell us about the vet when he checks on him. And try to give him some extra fatty seeds in the meantime, maybe it would help him to gain some weight

Waiting for the bus from the vets now. He checked him over thouroughly and found nothing wrong with him, but said that he had seen cases where a change of brand in his mix has worked. We have been instructed to weigh him every day and contact them in a week. If that doesnt work they will do further testing.

Do you think he may still be a little stressed after the trip? It can take a while for them to settle again after a change so fingers crossed he'll begin to eat well & gain weight again soon.
