I love Sherbet's updates, that she's improving every day and using her wheel, I too find the pitter patter of feet on the wheel relaxing! Even better news about her weight gain and her cuddle time with you makes my heart melt.

I've been out most of today and when I got home Sherbet she awake and she was so excited to see me, she was looking through the cage bars, like she was thinking why couldn't you have taken me with you?!. So when I put my hand in she throughly sniffed my hand, like she checking where I have been, once I had been throughly checked over she climbed into my hand, for cuddles. She stretched 8 times which either means she has slept most of the day or she was of stretching to make it seem like she has been asleep all day (her cooling down excerises). She having a late night playtime as she has so much energy, she also had a good wash. I really love seeing her running around having fun especially after her accident (I don't think she realises how old she is - but it clear she doesn't feel nearly 2!)

Thanks, I try not to tell her she is nearly two, but when she running around like she is still a little baby it's hard not to. But it's obvious she doesn't feel 2 years old, as when I say your nearly 2 she looks at me so confused.

Thank you Thin Lizzy, I really like the warm welcome I get from Sherbet when I get home, she was probably wondering why I hadnt got her out yet! Tomorrow she will get spoilt as its her birthday (as it 6 weeks earlier than the day I got her 12th July 2014), also I will try to get some birthday photos of her.

Birthday Photos - 31st May 2016
Sherbet is 2 years old and she will be having a very special day.
I got some photos of Sherbet enjoying her porridge birthday cake (made from porridge, small piece of mashed banana, and a finely chopped choc drop for a special treat), in which she loved. I hand-made the decorations (the banner and presents) which was really hard to make especially the banner as I had to make it really small. The photos also show her birthday present her ice cream chews.
