I got rid straight away and replaced with a wooden bridge, and put some paper, and toilet paper... she loved it straight away and ripped the paper to bits until she'd filled her new nest! I think she was trying to tell me something. I'm so grateful for the advice, thanks!

You're welcome! They do love toilet paper lol. And shredding it and rearranging it. An old egg box tends to go down well as well - they like chewing cardboard too for their nest. Ours ignored the cardboard egg box, but I lined his house with a cardboard box (long story) and he enjoyed shredding bits of cardboard of that for his nest because it meant he didn't have to get off his butt to do it ha ha.

Hope you don't mind me asking, but what cage is she in? Sometimes people are sold cages that are too small and floorspace is quite important for hammies to develop normal behaviours.

The cage in the picture is on top of a hamster heaven cage. You must has missed the post where this was explained. it's easily done.

Sorry I didn't see that question there, yes the cage in the picture was used to replace the 'penthouse' that came with the HH. She never seemed happy in that, and would just use it as a place to chew the bars!
