She didn't play with me She "got a package" so was looking at that instead, and then went out, so I went back to bed! Bad pink human lady!! And she didn't shut the window til she went out, and opened it again as soon as she got back?! So I am going to sleep allllllll night to punish her for not playing with me when I was awake!

Lizzy, yes I slept ALL night and only just got up to find ... PRESENTS!! All for me!!!!!!! I am SO happy - I wonder how they got here?! Must have been the hamster fairy because I've been such a good boy!



And hopefully tomorrow my new substrate and sand will arrive! Though apparently the bad pink human lady didn't get me any toys with it!

Here are the pictures of everything I got today. The pink human lady claims SHE got them "from a garden center that sells everything" but I don't believe her because I'm sure it was the hamster fairy!!

One box of sand because you can never have too much!

I am VERY annoyed! The pink human lady has gots LOTS of presents coming for herself! So I just got some presents today, but not very many!! I absolutely NEED more!!!!
She'd better get me more ... And bedding doesn't count!

That looks like a nice bunch of things I like the stone a lot, and that water bowl dish looks really nice. Are you going to use it for water or something else? The water feeder looks like a really good idea - I'd be interested to know how that goes - water bottles can be a real pain. I would check the ingredients of the cat food items quite carefully. Sometimes there are things in the ingredients list that aren't suitable for hamsters

Thanks! The stones were loose and on offer. I think these ones were called rockery stones or something? They had a picture of a river anyway! They were supposed to be like £3.99 each or 2 for £7 or something, but all the other bits we really sharp so I thought I'd just get one, but then they couldn't find them listed in the booklet so I got it for like 80p!!
Have checked the cat food, is fine!
The little reptile dish I was thinking would be used either for water during out of cage time (so supervized) or to put fresh food in - I kind of have an obssession with bowls! Oops! The feeder thing, well I don't know what I'm going to use it for yet, as Sweep is scatterfed! It looks a bit big for water, but I guess could be used for water during out of cage time - in the play box maybe. Not really sure. It was really cheap so I got it in case I needed it for anything! You never know LOL

I gave Sweep the tunnel last night and he spent about 2 hours going through it! He hasn't chewed it really, but I was expecting that LOL. He did seem to like it though!

And my Viovet order of substrate and sand has been delayed for some reason (it says they are searching for products or something) so if it comes to it I'll pop back down to the garden center and get several small bags of Carefresh to use as Sweep's cage really does need a clean! I really need to start marking a date on the calendar to remind me to get more bedding in LOL

Sweep is glaring at me for updating his thread LOL

I got a new memory card for my camera today, so hopefully will have more photos of Sweep later!
