Yes he's banded the perfect band is a white band all the way around about 1/2 inch wide but a band can be so poorly it barely seems a band. Bug is what is often called a broken band. Nice looking hamster there.

He is banded for sure and very handsome. In the Uk the standard asks for a band that is one third the body length wide and unbroken with even edges and centrally places. I don't think I've ever seen such a perfect bard (except on my knitted hamsters) in my years of judging! Some come close but very few are unbroken.
