Buzz! ;)
I haven't posted on here for a couple of months and I thought maybe now I would attempt to post a bit more than usual. I actually purchased my first hamster in September, but haven't posted about him yet! He's a handsome cream banded Syrian. He's currently about five months old and is very spoilt.
I'm keeping him in the Alexander Cage by Zooplus, which came much larger than expected! He definitely has a lot of space there and seems to enjoy himself, which is a relief considering the little time I have in the day to play with him. He hasn't escaped (yet) but has the attitude of an escape artist, and frequently climbs up to the top of his cage and tried to unhinge it.
Here's a picture of him - (it was from late September when I first got him, so he's quite small in this one)

Re: Buzz! ;)
His cute little face with the monkey nut and his eyes shut made me go Aww!
So perfect and fluffy!

Re: Buzz! ;)
He says his thanks!
I'm planning on taking him outside quite soon for the first time since the weather is nice here currently. Hopefully I'll get some pictures of that too!

Re: Buzz! ;)
Those are lovely photos with the peanut, one very determined & happy ham
Have you taken hamsters outside before? I know some people do but I would be careful, it is unnatural for a ham to be outside during the day & it's not easy to find a totally safe uncontaminated area free of anything that might possibly be a problem.
