Meet the new man at the Hamstery
I'd like to introduce a new boy here at ST's Hamstery. He is 5 week old Eden
A Melanistic Yellow Band boy. Shiloh will soon have competition for wooing the Torty ladies next year. His breeder was kind enough to contact me about him and I just got him home earlier this evening. He is a bit bouncy but enjoyed being handled and being pet. He may carry Cinnamon as he has a Cinny carrying parent.

His band isn't perfect but it can be worked on. He's also Wh clear so can be bred to my other banded girls as well as the solid ones.

Re: Meet the new man at the Hamstery
This is off topic, but .....every time I see this thread title , I keep thinking its a kind of Motown/Blues/Funk song from the Mid Sixties? Complete with backup singers harmonizing "He's a .....Hamster Maaaan!" (Hamster Man!).
If I didn't say it here, it would stay in my head. Which is not healthy.
Carry on............
On topic: Is this a typical size for a breeder ham at that age??? It's amazing how big they are!

Re: Meet the new man at the Hamstery
Nope he's actually smaller then some I've seen online but is bigger then many I've had in the past that came from Breeders who focused on Size, Quality, Tameness, and health.
