Jennifer's Thread
Hi everyone,
Today has been a strange day. Those of you who have been following the traumatic time with my beautiful lady Luna will know that she had a stroke and I have been hand feeding her trying to get her back to health. Today she has seriously taking a turn for the worst. I was out at the local pet shop getting some more carefresh for Luna and overheard the owners of the shop saying that they had, had a hamster in that was left outside the shop abandoned and they were discussing what to do because no one would want her. I had a look in the cage and her and she poked her head out of the nest and I loved her immediately. I told them that I would take her and give her a good home and they just gave her to me. I did not want to talk about her on Luna's thread that much because I want that to be about her so I thought I would make Jennifer her own thread. Here are some pictures I have taken of her. The cage she came in is way too small so I will be getting another soon So its been a bit of a bitter sweet day today.

Re: Jennifer's Thread
Hello little Jennifer {pet} {pet} {pet} What a pretty girl she is Sarah. I'm so happy you took her in. I think she will be a real help for you when Luna goes to the Bridge. I found having Ted E. Bear helped me bear the loss of my Patches. Some things are just Destined to be. How does someone just abandon such a lovely little hammy like that? Their loss, your gain.

Re: Jennifer's Thread
Pretty little Jennifer was meant for you. Rescuing a helpless little animal is always always a good thing - Luna will be so happy. Your love for Luna will never be any less, just that your heart grows even bigger for Jennifer and Luna.

Re: Jennifer's Thread
She is lovely! I can't believe someone would leave her! I was wondering what type she was and thought she may have come from a breeder because she looks well marked to be a pet shop hammy but not sure. At the pet shop they said am I sure I wanted her because there is no way of telling her age. I just said that didn't bother me but now she is here she looks quite young to me. What does everyone else think? I'm going to get some better pics tonight hopefully and I will post them so you can all see

Re: Jennifer's Thread
Jennifer has found a new love in her flying saucer! Its like she has never had a wheel before! I have tried to look what type she is the closest I can see is a Sable x Roan possibly? She doesn't have a gray band on her bum she is just white though from the shoulders down but has a grey mask. Whatever type she is she is adorable!

Re: Jennifer's Thread
Hi Sarah, Jennifer is gorgeous, she looks about 10 weeks. You and her meeting is fate, how could someone leave her outside the pet shop, some heartless people out there. The 2 of you were meant to meet. She's in good hands now.
I have my fingers crossed for Luna xx.
