Default What toys?

I've noticed that when I move McSteamy into his playpen (I use the toys from his cage) that he's lacking in toys - and I'm not sure what else to get him, he has tunnels and the bendy wooden sticks, but I'm not sure wha else to get him? At night he seems to ONLY use his wheel, but I would like to provide other options for him

So I'm looking for suggestions really I have a p@h near me so anything from there would be useful!

Thanks guys!

Just had this same dilema as Roland doesn't use his climbing toys! There are hay tunnels and grass tunnels he likes and he loves chews with food in them also if you have a barred cage I've started tying tubes tunnels and that to hang down and put food in those he has food in his bowl but I'm telling you if he has to hunt to find his food that keeps him busy for a while. He likes his sputnik too! For playtime you'd be surprised at how much fun they have with just cardboard boxes to explore and they're free ham-cycling

In the cage I've found the sputnik & a hammock are really good & used a lot, I agree cardboard boxes & tubes or even egg boxes (for dwarfs!) are often more popular than expensive toys.
Mine seem to like some of the wooden houses with ladders that they can climb on & hide in & you can put the odd treat in there too which helps.

a seesaw, swing, some toilet roll / kitchen roll tubes, a dig box with either substrate or shredded paper in it, maze made with tubes from habitrail or other cages, A frame ladder, climbing frame (I have seen these somewhere), cardboard boxes, the list is virtually endless.
