Wow we have had Pixie a week now. She has settled in well, such a funny thing. She loves her wheel and running around in her ball, she is so fast. Always wants to be out of her cage, don't mind being handled but is so quick, I'm not used to that as Daisy had slowed down so much and Rosie is just so laid back and chilled
Pixie is so much like Daisy its scary.

Char, I am so in love with this baby. My God, she is just beautiful. I love her face. The expressions are amazing. I am, yet again, making ridiculous noises as I go through her photos. I am thrilled you rescued her. I'm sure Daisy is so very happy you given another hammy a safe haven and a forever home filled with love. {sigh} What a stunning little thing.

Well today I had Pixie out for a cuddle. Had her out for a while. Then something spooked her (downstairs slamming their door) she jumped out of my hands onto the floor and I picked her up, she bit me really hard took a chuck out of my hand, but I couldn't let her go as had to get her in cage. She's ok, I gave her a treat. She is fine, running on her wheel tonight. Bless her, poor baby. My hand hurts but it's not her fault.

I haven't updated Pixies thread in a while. I must start updating my hammies threads.
Pixie is doing great shes a cheeky monkey, she is always wanting food. No wonder shes a little fatty. I never see her on her wheel, I don't think she likes running, but I can't blame her, I wouldn't like to run lol.

Anyway here is a few new pics of her.

She's lovely! I'm not sure her colour actually though... she's got agouti markings, red eyes, but looks very cream! Hmm.

I thought she was a red eyed cream banded.

I thought so too, but you can tell she has cheekflashes and agouti markings especially in this picture: http://i1340.photobucket.com/albums/...ps3ee578a0.jpg

Creams are selfs and don't have these types of markings. I'm wondering if she's some sort of Silver Blonde?
