Poppy :)

I have finally decided on a name for my gorgeous sable banded girl... little Poppy-Lou

We have had two taming sessions in the bath, she will let us stroke her back, and yesterday we scooped her up, which she didn't take too badly, she quickly jumped off, but no nipping or anything like that, on my last scoop she sat in my hands for a few seconds and let me stroke her back before hopping off

I will try and get some new pics tonight, but here are some that I already have

Awww Poppy is adorable.. I love the name! She is so similar to my little Molly as well except moll is long haired! I am sure that taming will work out for you, the bath technique never fails. Its great that you are making this progress anyway! x

She is lovely, her little face just melts me! And yes she's doing very well so far with the bath technique, so I'm hopeful that she will tame nicely! Thanks

You mentioned that you will have one more litter in summer time(is that june/july?) but I am just wondering will you breed Poppy? To be honest I missed out on your last litter by about a week or two, but I still love my ickle molly!

I plan to breed Luna again the end of this month, so pups will be ready end of July

And then depending on Poppy's size and temperament, I plan to breed her middle of June, so pups will be ready mid august if all goes to plan

Here's a couple of pics from today's bath time taming! She really isn't bothered by us stroking her now

she will run over your hands, when you scoop her she immediately hops off, but this will just improve in time I'm sure

I was at a Katy Perry concert last night, so I didn't get to have poppy out! But my brother kindly put her in her ball, and stroked her in her bin cage which she allowed

Will have another bath session tonight with her.

Poppy is improving with each bath taming session, I'm so proud of her

she happily lets you stroke her and tonight allowed us to scoop her up and she then walked onto the other hand!
