fussy pasta

ive noticed pasta wil rummage throug his food and pick out his favourite pieces and leave the rest :S how can i stop him doing this? im a lil worried hes not getting all his nutrients.. he gets fresh food every day and a treat every few days

Hamster are notorious for doing that. One thing you can do is not put more food in the bowl until at least some of the "not so yummy ones" are gone.You can also take some of the sunflower seeds, (not all of them), out of his bowl before you give it to him. I really can't blame the hammies for doing that. After all, I'd pick Hagaan Daaz ice cream over my dinner anytime.

Mo has started doing it as well. A local hamster parent suggested vitamin drops for his water. Would that be a good idea?

Vitamin drops are fine. I use them myself.
