This thread is devoted to my darling little girl, Sölvi. I'm going to post pictures from her everyday life revealing her quirky personality, amusing antics and utter cuteness.

The facilities; Expanding the cage (or The Palace, as I tend to call it)


Sölvi's humble abode, created by combining two cages.


Upgraded to Tripple Cage Palace


The third tube-connected cage is where I hide her food. I'll mix it into the substrate, wrap it in tissue paper and toilet paper rolls, or hide it in her hollow log. Sölvi also gets to roam my floors regularly as she's a very active little girl. I'm very deliberate in providing her both mental and physical stimulation, as I can't stand to see any animal develop sterotypical behaviour as a result of being understimulated.

Although not visually attractive and a little disorderly looking from all her toys and tubes, this is how she likes her home to be Placing her in a more open and spaciously arranged cage only results in her getting obviously frustrated.
