Default Poppy's waking up time.

Hi.

I have had Poppy just over 12 months and over the 12 months she has been pretty constant at what time she has emerged ready for Poppy playtime which has been from 9.30pm -10pm. Recently that's changed and I'm hoping that its a phase she is going through as her playtime is now nudging up to the 11pm and beyond. Ideally (with us both working full time) the earlier time suited us better. The only change I have made to Poppy's cage is a brand new supadupa wheel. I was wondering as they get older do their sleeping habits change or do I need to try and coax her out earlier to get her into a routine.

Has anything else changed? In your house/the room she's in or your routine? I know our sleeping patterns always had an effect on Luna. Evey is still sorting hers out, wasn't getting up until 4am for about a week!

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me and now thinking about it yes, apart from the wheel, we moved her from coffee table height to a higher level, it was supposed to be for New Year only but we kept her there, and come to think of it her sleep patterns have altered since then. She is also still in the same room.

Jx
