Please help

Hi, my male syrian hamster is around 5 months old.
he has always lived with me in my flat and i always make sure he is cleaned fed and watered regulary.
he is quite a fat lazy hamster and i always encourage him to do exercise but he just wont take to it at all.
i have just come to my parents house for christmas and brought bunty with me. he has started to breathe heavily wont drink or eat, doesnt seem to be pooing.
although he is weeing. when i wake him he wont even get out of his house, im sure his eye is weeping although it may just be me freaking out. im really scared he is going to die.
please help

I'm not sure whats wrong with him but most of the time if a hamster stops eating and won't even bother with water or anything their time is coming.. Arhi went out that way, and so did Tres and Volti..

Hope he gets better. ><

I can't help with whats wrong but he does need to see a vet and ASAP.
