Re: Well, I Cannot Say I am Surprised
What a coincidence! We decided on Winnie, because the original bear was a Canadian, and we love Disney (clearly), and she just looks like a little (big) bear : )
Thank you you guys, I'm really really excited to have her, she is so relaxed, I can't believe it.
The vet we spoke to today said that by the looks of her feet that she has been treated already and they are on the way to a good healing, so we'll see how that goes, that would be really nice.
I think my other girls know she's here haha, but they don't seem bothered outright, which is good, and she seems to be well settled in, although her nails are a bit long, so we gave her some wood halves to walk on and wear them down as they aren't long enough to need a trim luckily.
I am so grateful to my OH who gave her to me as part of my christmas gift, he told me that as soon as he saw me holding her he knew it wasn't going to be up for discussion. Although I did promise him that she was it. And I could not be happier about our eclectic little group
I still can't get over her size, she's easily double the size of Mowgli and they're the same age

Re: Well, I Cannot Say I am Surprised
thank you guys so much,
I admittedly never paid too much attention to cinnamon banded hams until I saw her *shameful, I know* because I was always so enthralled with darker hamsters, sheldon was black, Toothless dark grey, hiccup was black, and Boo is Sable haha, but one look at her and I was done for some reason. Same reaction as Mowgli really, never paid attention to her colouring, then I opened the box and bam lol just gets you
