Default LJS Acting wierd. HAVING AN OPERATION TOMORROW!

Well last night (tuesday night) i spent my whole evening (5.30pm - 10.00pm) in A&E / casualty (ER in the USA). On saturday i stood on a piece of glass and it went right through my foot and i couldnt get it out. I walked on it for 4 days until the pain became unbearable so last night my mum took me to the hospital. I had 4 x- rays and waited for 4 and a half hours for the conclusion that i have to have an operation to get the many shards (fragments) of glass out of my foot or i will face infection and many amputation (chopping off my foot) So tomorrow morning im going to the hospital for my operation. Im not atall nervous because i like hospital. But my mums feeling really guilty as she was the one who accidently dropped the glass and missed some when she was hoovering up the glass. When i got home i took lj out because he hadnt been out all night and he was acting really wierd i think he knew something was wrong i know it sounds really stupid but i think my little babys worried awwee... So im missing the day off school today (wednesday) to rest my foot (doctors orders) and tomorrow ill be at the hospital all day. Im on the computer all day today so please reply to this and talk to me IM SO BORED! Anyway i hope ljs ok hes acting real wierd... love xxx xxx http://www.freewebs.com/ktlouise Is my website click on updates if you need more details xxx

Our animals have all acted funny whenever one of my family members has had to go to the hospital. I think it's similar to when you're feeling particularly craptacular (either due to emotions or illness or just the blues) and they almost always come to be with you. At least that's my experience with my animals. If I had my guess which is similar to yours is that your hammie picked up on a general 'not rightness' about you and is showing his concern. Or it could be a lingering smell from the hospital stuff or any medicines or treatment they used on or near you. My cats act really funny for days when I or my mother come back from the hospital.

Ouch, glass in the foot is not pleasant. Good luck with your surgery.

Aww Yikes, I hope that your foot is feeling better! *hugges* Maybe your ham is just acting a bit strange becasue something was changed in his daily/nightly routine while you were away, like for example he didnt get to come out and play or something. Animals do have a sence to know when something is wrong with us so maybe thats the reason

But if you think something might be wrong just keep an eye on the little fuzz ball I checked out your site but i had to leave I cant stand those little mouse curser things... the drive me nuts!

Good luck with your operation. Unlike you I am terrified of hospitals. I hope LJ is alright. He probably does just sense something isn't right.
