Making a bin cage...
Well, Im going to attempt at a bin cage for Snickers because P@H sold me a cage too small Anyways, I was wondering would a plastic box that has a clear lid but the sides aren't clear work? Thanks!

that would work, but its just most people prefer to be ble to see the hams and some hams like to be able to see out!
i'm not sure, maybe someone else will have a better opnion

As i research alot and alot i know alot and alot about bin cages as i myself will be making one shortly ! Bin cages get alot of good feedback and it is very creative and personal
On your question i Suppose it doesnt really matter that much it will always get light from the top of the box but i would recomment taking the lid off sometimes so it doesnt feel to depressed in the dark

which one are you going with? glad you found a clear one, hammies need sunlight just like we do. Sunlight helps them get vitamin d which helps in making good strong bones.

Im using a spare box we have, its tall eough for a second floor to be built in, thanks though
