Re: My African grey (Congo) parrots
Thank you. I am expecting 1 or 2 more eggs. They don't have big clutches of eggs.

Re: My African grey (Congo) parrots
I thought all eggs would be layed at the same time?

Re: My African grey (Congo) parrots
They lay one egg, then miss a day, then lay another egg (usually). The eggs hatch in the order they were laid. Unless the don't start sitting straight away (unlikely).

Thank you CMB for that, it's very interesting learning about their ways.

Re: My African grey (Congo) parrots
How many eggs do you think there will be? Are you going to keep the chicks? Very exciting!

Re: My African grey (Congo) parrots
2 or 3. She has been laying 3 the last few times. I will keep the chicks if the people who wanted chicks don't want them anymore. I have a small waiting list of people who were interested.

It would be nice if you kept one.

How exciting that you are expecting there to be more eggs. I hope all goes well.
