Default Best Cat Litter?

Hi everyone! My cat, Gemma, isn't getting on with her litter. She uses her litter box but she comes out wheezing. This normally happens when fresh litter has been put in since she loves to dig in her box for a few minutes. I'm trying to find a litter that is absorbent, doesn't smell and isn't dusty. I have tried expensive and own brands, all types of different litters and haven't had much luck. She is in good health and I haven't had any problems with her health in the past. I think she is just a bit sensitive to the dust. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! x

One of my cats was allergic to litter dust and I switched him to Worlds Best Cat Litter. It's corn based and I highly recommend it to every cat owner. It's low dust, clumps nicely and controls odor better than clay. It is seriously awesome! There is also Dr. Elsie's Hypoallergenic cat litter which is clay based, but I haven't used it.

We used to use to Catsan but it's very dusty. We use this one now & get on well with it.

Thanks for the suggestions! I used Catsan for years and suddenly she just hasn't been getting on with it. I will write these suggestions down and will have a look

Firstly, can I say I love your cat's name
Secondly, I've just started using Catsan litter but prior to this, Casper was using a litter from Wilkos, which smells AMAZING. Also, Casper transitioned SO well, so I think they must feel similar on their feet or something, he's never swapped litters so easily.
One bag lasts one week and it's £1.95 a bag, which I found extremely reasonable.

Hope that helps

Thank you! Gemma is just a fabulous name I'm sure you'd agree
I'm going into town tomorrow so I will write all these suggestions down and have a look at them all

I thought I'd do a quick update
We have found a litter that Gemma likes! I have started using wooden pellet litter. The coughing and sneezing has stopped, it smells good and Gemma had no problems using her litter box. I would strongly recommend this type of litter if anyone has a cat that is a bit sensitive to dust or clay litters. Thank you for all the help everyone!
