Aw!!! I bet they are loving their new cage!
Love that fleece!!!

How do you attach that plastic basket to the side of the cage? I use cable/zip ties but they always chew them off so it falls down >.<

Yeah I think new cages always seem bigger than what you expect! Even if you think you have enough toys to fill it! My cage feels empty right now, I need to get more hammocks! haha

I just use heavy duty zip ties. My boys tend not to really chew on anything except their Snak Shak!

You can get metal zip ties.

Plastic cable ties will do the job too! You can get a pack with various lengths from Poundland or PoundWorld.

Thats what I currently use, but they chew them ahah
Saying that, I have attached the basket in a different place to what I normally do... Doesn't look anywhere near as stable as it did, but! No chewing

Maybe that's why they don't bother with it now, they've realised it looks a bit unsteady and decided against chewing it lol!

If you guys would like more updates on the boys and the rest of my animal family, you can follow me on Instagram @leahs_animals. I'd also prefer if you DM'd me telling me that you're from HC, or I might not accept your follow request.
