Default Simba the Tibetan spaniel

Here's a short presentation of my adorable little dog named Simba. He is a tibetan spaniel and a rescue dog. He used to live with a woman who suffered a stroke and was unable to care for him after that. So my boyfriend and I took him in, at 10 years of age. It hasn't been the easiest task since Simba apparantly was "sick".

We noticed he didn't want to play with other dogs, he always walked really slowly, and sometimes he almost screamed when you touched him on the side. We took him to the vet as soon as we could (and of course it had to be on a Sunday, lol). He only has one testicle now since we had to remove the other one. It never fell down and it turned out the testicle had got itself all twisted around inside him and was swollen to the size of a tennis ball (instead of being small like a finger nail).

Now that it's removed, Simba is a new dog! He's sooo happy and loves to run around and play with other dogs! ❤

I really want another tibbie now

You can find him on instagram @happytibbie

I've always thought Tibetan Spaniels sounded like a wonderful breed with a personality I would get along well with. Plus they're so cute! Well done taking on a senior in need x
