I'm in a bit of a jam
I've had my kitten cosmo for about a month and up until now his litter tray, food and water has been in my room. I want to move them because it really smells, his litter tray makes a big mess and I want to discourage him from taking an interest in the hamsters that live in my room.
I would move the stuff downstairs but last time I tried that my dog bonnie ate cosmos poop. And bonnie's not allowed upstairs but she's allowed in every room downstairs. I don't think bonnie will eat his food though as he is very protective of it and he loves to attack bonnie
In the 2nd floor the only room it can go in is my room and the bathroom. If I must I would move it to the bathroom but we don't like him going in there because the shower door is heavy glass and it fell off so now it's against the wall so it may be unsafe for him.
We do have an upstairs floor with 3 rooms. It has a spare kitchen, a bedroom and a very very large sewing/sitting room. I was thinking about up there but I don't think Cosmo knows his way around there very much so he might just do him business where he pleases. He still can't go outside. The vet said he can be introduced next week but at first we want to stay with him when he's outside.
So where do u guys think? (sorry for this very odd question!)
