Im getting a doggy! :3
Hey! Ive been thinking about it for a while and my parents have agreed that im aloud a sausage dog :3
as you probably know my health sucks so im at home alone a lot and itd be nice to have a reason to wake up at a set time for food, and to try and go outside for walks
I found a great breeder who has hamsters and guineapigs so i know itl be ok with my fur babies! :3 x

Be warned they can be hard headed and very hard to house break if a puppy and not house trained. Plus make sure they have a good history of no disc issues in their backs. Dachshund are known for invertible disc issues and herniated disc are well known if they are not exercised on a regular basis and kept to a proper weight.
However they are marvelous dogs and so fun (they are bred to hunt and kill Badgers in their dens) so be very cautious with your new dog around the Hamsters even though they are raised about them, instincts are hard to curb in a good Dachshund.
