Neglected/abandoned dog

Hi Twix & Oreo. At this point, with this many things going on for Smokey, and her age, what is most important is to have her be comfortable, well fed and loved. I can't imagine how hard the last year has been for this poor dog. It is amazing she lived long enough for you to find her. I'm really glad she has another dog to be with in her elder days. This is really a case of monitoring her health and providing treatment as issues arise. She deserved so much more from life.

I know she does. I'm glad she and Percy get along. I've taken full responcibility for smoky and she will get through it. I think she can make it to 16

How wonderful of you to rescue smoky. Having a dog with that many issues and at that age is hard, but a loving home can do a lot. I'm sure she appreciates it.
