A guinea pig full of contempt? I guess autocorrect preferred it over content? If not I am so getting a piggie just for their attitude, lol!

She does seem happy. I am still wondering if the larger cage was too big just for one small russian dwarf to live in. I will just fuss her more.

Piggies are out more than hams and they do have their half hour running mad around the cage. lol. Its just like a giant ham in a way.

I would absolutely love a pair of GPs. I just don't have the room for a big enough cage for them and I know they can't be outside pets going to have to stick to just a hammy for now!

I am rescuing two more. . They are boys and are two years old. They are brothers and should be with me on Monday around tea time. lol. I must be mad, but I love cuddly pets and I cant see any just sitting in a cage where they are not wanted or cant be looked after because circunstances change for their owners. They dont cost much to feed and keep. The way I look at it, they are cheaper than a dog. lol

What kind of size home would a pair need?

A pair can live in the space of one (I read it somewhere on line) and the cage is 4ft x 2ft and nearly 2ft high. Only one rabbit is comfortable in that size. The two brothers I will be getting are coming with their own c&c cage with loft and a few more grids to make a 3 x 2 playpen. The c&c cages are classes in grid sizes like 4 x 2 , 3 x 2 etc. and the grids are 14" square. A 4 x 2 c&c is 56" x 28" x 14" high unless you double the height.

That's not too bad actually. I think my mum would flip if I can home with more pets. It took enough convincing for a hamster!
