Re: snake trouble
Hm... I'm no expert, I can only go by the experiences of one corn and one royal, and my exotics study at college. Plus being good mates with complete herp-maniacs. Lol
What species is she? She's not a royal is she? Such pains to feed.
Have you tried blooding or braining the mouse? Apparently it usually works. Other than that, if she continues to refuse feed and everything is fine otherwise, can you force feed? I know with our baby royal he was refusing to feed, so we had to force feed with pinkie mice because they're small. Just to encourage them to eat more. If you open their mouths and stick in there, their mouths normally take over and just start taking it instinctively.
Theres been no recent changes has there? Lighting, heating ect... Did she definitely get off all the shed?
Can't really help beyond that... :S

What species? How old? Have you gone to the vet? Have you tried force feeding her?

Re: snake trouble
When my snakes wont eat I try scenting the mouse, I use rodent bedding from my hammies or better yet and this tends to work every time is tuna, just rubbing the mouse on some tinned tuna I even keep a tin in the freezer and chip a bit off for each mouse now, snakes can go weeks without eating if they are dormant enough my Argentine Rainbow Boa has done that to me before now.
Another thing you can do is try getting your snake into the sun some times a bit of the ol D3 from the sun really helps that or add a d3 bulb to your enclosure guarded of course but many find it easier to dust calcium and d3 onto mice.
Another option is to put the snake into a smaller enclosure with just the mouse over night, I really recommend youtube they have some great videos on tips to get your snake to eat.

Re: snake trouble
I haven`t a clue about snakes but I would suggest googling snake species images and identifying which she is? Post the image on here (cut and paste it) and the members might be able to help more? But because a snake is an exotic pet, it`s always advisable to get information from an experiences keeper or a vet in case something isn`t quite right. Reptiles can go downhill fast if they stop eating. But hopefully you can identify the species and go from there.
